Sea urchin wrapped with Seabream (Zuiun temari zushi)
Bufun uni (sea urchin) is wrapped with Tai (Red sea bream) to make it look like a cute Temari sushi. Yasui sushi chef gave it the name. Zuikumo is rare purple or five-colored clouds that appear as auspicious omens.
